I wanted to share this quote about happiness that I really like...

"They say people live to be happy. if you actually think about what happiness is, it's nothing much. when you go to eat ramen after feeling really, really hungry, that's happiness."

That quote made me think about how often we strive for these major things that we think might bring us happiness. When in fact, happiness isn't some huge goal we have to achieve. Happiness is often found in the little things day to day. And if something small like having a nice cup of tea or eating ramen or watching the birds fly by gives you happiness, then thats wonderful.

Let happiness exist naturally.
