I have the same fear, I think My fear came off of my dad leaving me at 3 now I latch onto any one I see as a father figure. Abandonment sucks fr but We have to keep our head up don't let that crown fall king/queen!

I also struggle with self-doubt from people abandoning me I have a very unhealthy habit of blaming myself for silly things, My friend day could go terribly and I'm automatically thinking I made it terrible knowing I didn't

Sorry for your lose. You are brave you maintain not to fall. My started from last 4 yrs. Back to trauma.
So it struggle when I start talking opposite gender and if by chance I like them
