So my best friend since high school is moving to a different country. They were my only friend I had left and now I’m feeling lost and even more alone.

I really hear how hard this is. When the one person who’s always been there suddenly isn’t nearby, it can feel like a big piece of your world is missing. It’s natural to feel lost and alone right now. What feels hardest about their move for you at the moment?
