Seeking help
Hi everyone, I just wanted to share some problems I’ve been experiencing.
The first and most important one is that I recently discovered I have severe anxiety. I accepted a remote calling job three weeks ago, and every time I make a call, my hands and legs shake hard, my heart races, my face feels hot, and I freeze completely. I can’t say a single word and end up hanging up. I’ve tried many techniques constantly, but nothing has changed so far.
The second issue is that I often feel like I don’t deserve anything I have - even the food I eat. I’ve felt this way since I was young. I’ve always avoided buying both unnecessary and necessary things, telling myself I’m just being economical. I even skip meals when no family members are at home. I’m scared that maybe this feeling of not being worthy is true.
I don’t know what to do, and I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Could you practice some calls on trusted family and friends to get more if a feel for the job and to be more relaxed.
Remind yourself the anxiety will pass, it cannot hurt you and you are safe .
You are human and trying your best .
It takes time and just putting yourself out of your comfort zone a little, wishing you the best with everything!

Thanks a lot for your kind words and advice, I really appreciate it.
The problem is, I don’t really feel any anxiety when I practice with my friends or siblings. It only happens when it’s the real call.
I keep telling myself it will pass and that I’m safe, but in the moment it feels so strong that I can’t control it.
Thanks again for the encouragement it means a lot right now. :)
