Babies are like that. They all have different personalities. Some boys tend to be destructive and I am not sure how to train this out of them. Just see if he is angry or if he is just being playful. If he seems angry/ fustrated then you need to talk about it and work through some solutions. If he is laughing and smiling and they seem like 'accidents' maybe some books on parenting can help. I know 2 boys 5 and 7 that still do not understand that you cannot break every toy you have within a week of getting them. One said to me. Oh don't worry, it is okay it is broken, it was fun and I will always get new toys soon.
1. Write down your favorite positive affirmation!
I can! I deserve this!
2. Tell us about a challenge you overcame recently!
Anxiety. Calmed it down so I could sleep at night.
3. How do you plan to take care of yourself this month?
Sleep and job search. Try to learn to be the bigger person, not take the bait, mend problems and then keep a healthy distance from selected individuals so they cannot hurt me.
