When I make a good or bad questionable decision or remove someone from my life, sometimes I have to justify it to myself..
So I go over it and think, what are the reasons for my actions?
Did I feel disrespected? Yes.
Did I feel ignored? Yes.
So although you don't need to do anything, you can go over it, that's why I did it and my head is clearer now.
