Stability.
Hey everyone! So im having a difficult time right now and I really need some help figuring things out. I live in a very rural area and the job im currently at pays 14 an hour full time. But too many things are stressing me out at once. First off the trailer im living in is technically mine. I bought it from a friend about 5 years ago, but it turns out they didn't really help. They lost the title and can't write us a bill of sale.... I was unaware that I technically don't own it until recently. Currently im trying to get this trailer into my name so that hopefully we can sell it for something because I put another 5000 into it! The house was littlerally falling apart and another "friend" said that he could fix it. When he started i paid him and now it's 6 months down the line and he isn't done... actually nothing is done! And my current job is basically my only option but my boss is leaving and the person who will follow her up is a control freak and takes her anger out on us. I just want to find an online job so that I can have consistent money but I can't find one. I only have experience getting a job by going into an establishment and talking to the manager. Im very good with customer service but no one will even give me an email back. UGH. I just want to get out of this town and have a stable job! If I can get pointed in the right direction just for a job I can figure out the rest, without that I just feel stuck here...

You are going thru a lot right now, may I gently suggest that you take a deep breath and pause: one thing at a time: what is the number one priority, then the following, etc When it comes all together it is much more challenging to solve, you already have a lot to figure out Finding a job is difficult right now but you have done it before and you will do that again! Maybe you have to work a lot extra but have you considered two jobs? I hope you get your trailer into your name soon, it belongs to you! I also hope that your house gets repaired or that you find someone that gets the job done… Sending you good vibes
@Larenah You are juggling a lot, but start with one thing at a time. Focus on what you can control like making a nice resume and posting it to platforms like indeed, where employers can see it and contact you. Have you done a title search for who actually owns the trailer? If not and it's out of your control start planning for the next thing, sometimes things are seasonal and don't work out and that's ok. People spend over $5-10k a year in rent alone so look at it as it was a temporary investment. Was there a contract signed for the work that was paid to fix the trailer? If so deadlines can be enforced, a civil suit maybe worth it, or if not you may have to let fate decide and let this all be a teachable moment that stings a little, either way life goes on. I hope you get everything resolved sooner than later and may it work out in your favor. Don't let one/two bad things ruin or outweigh the good someone else has it worse. 🤗
