Struggling... need help

I have a personal therapy, a group DBT therapy, coaching, a couple of friends who support me, I am taking antidepressants... I've been working on my mental health for 15 years... I am 37yo, female. I have a 7yo beautiful daughter. Last year I left my husband, got divorced through a very painful and long process. Then I had a very painful love story (I really want to emphasize that I met this person 6 months after separation and I have never cheated on my husband). And couple of weeks ago I got laid off from my 6 figure job. My ex husband is not paying child support (he doesnt have money or job and is drinking), I dont have family here. I have ptsd, some borderline tendencies in the past, trauma - which I honestly have been working on for over a decade with so many different ways and approaches. I started taking antidepressants only now. Because this last year completely destroyed me. I am barely functioning even with all the resources I have. I dont know what else to do or what I am doing wrong. I tried talking to a listener here in the chat and he just ghosted me.... I have all the bad tendencies of my mind resurfaced again. I am so beyond tired. I cant do basic things. On top of that I feel eternally guilty because my daughter didnt deserve all that... I am afraid we'll be homeless in 6 months... but not even that gives me motivation...

@Mockingbird71

You’ve been carrying so much, love… even reading this makes me want to hold you for a second. You’re not broken, you’re exhausted, and exhaustion can make everything feel impossible. Little steps, little breaths, little moments for you

Even if it’s just lying back, touching your own skin, reminding yourself you’re still here and still worthy, it can slowly bring some spark back.
