Tired..
I'd like to share the struggles I go trough daily, I hope some can relate to it.
Idk how to put words to it, but lately I have been feeling super depressed, like nothing at all is fun even a bit, I randomly start tocry a lot, I feel numb as if I just don'texist, sometimes I wish I could be someone else in a way like they have it easier, I am comparing myself to them and wishing I could feel the way they do.. I wish I could communicate naturally. When someone speaks to me, I feel very overwhelmed and just nod and stuff and I also want to walk away. I compare myself to very different people from me, like the loud, laughing, talking ones and wish I could feel how they do without forcing it. I barely speak and I speak only when I need to. I feel very energyless, I have no friends because it is overwhelming and I don't like it, it feels fake. It is just getting worse I guess, it has been happening for years, I am still a teen and some people take advantage of the way I behave and hate me for who I am and make fun of it. But I can't change and I'm tired of trying. I feel no joy, have no humor, nothing. And social media also feels overwhelming and I don't understand it, so I removed them.
Please, tell me if you feel it too. What can I even do to feel better?

I'm sorry people hate or mistreat you.
You dont deserve it.
It could be helpful to sit down and talk with a teacher or guidance counselor, to get to the root of why you feel this way, to enable you to make friends and be happy. Nothing changes if we don't change something đź’•đź’ś
I'm not at the depression level that you're at but I have been there twice. Its very difficult. And I'm still the same way in some aspects. I think it doesnt really leave you, you just get better at tolerating it or shutting it down.
I'm pretty shut in, dont talk to people unless I really want to. But I'm a whole different species when it comes to Strangers. Irl and online. When I feel too lonely or sad, I catch the train and just go outside in order to naturally interact with strangers because those interactions give me happiness.
I'm sorry that you completely feel grey but you definitely need support. You need someone else to hold you to safety. I don't how or when things got better for me but it was my mom who never let me bed rot. It wasnt quite out of love but more out of order "You shouldn't sleep all day it's against ancient teachings!". But that helped me not rot into my mattress.
I struggle with comparison too and i dont think I'll be able to change it anytime soon but you need to be kind to yourself. You will get there. Right now you're just tired of everything. Once you start wanting to do better, wanting to talk to others, change will naturally follow.
Genuine advise: Keep your body moving. Ik you've heard it many times but I'm not even a gym person, I'm a very lanky guy and I simply workout at home but just working towards something that naturally makes us feel good, works!!
You dont have to enjoy it. You dont have to have energy for it. You can hate something and still get through with it. But Keeping your body moving (any way you choose, pilates, running in the morning, cycling, etc) it will help. Just knowing that keeping ur gears running WILL result in a positive outcome for yourself HELPS TREMENDOUSLY.
many hugs to you because I know how difficult of a time you're in.

There were so many times in my late teens and into my 20s when I couldn’t face the day. Most of the time I did it, but I never felt better for having done it … Does that make sense? I never believed I could do anything about my feelings of hopelessness and nothingness. I had no clue what I liked, and the future terrified me, so I avoided thinking about it.Â
I wish I had something like 7cups back then. I felt like I had nothing. Counseling didn’t do anything for me. Self-help books were a waste. It wasn’t until my mid 30s that I tried group therapy and found something remotely grounded in reality.
Unfortunately, I had to stop after a few months because of money, but that decision eventually led me to finding mentors and others whom I could relate to and trust. It’s a vibe a sense here at 7cups, that’s why I believe you’re in the right place.
My journey is no longer about “the places I visit” or where I end up … it’s about who I meet along the way.
How is school going for you? Do you have plans for when you graduate?
If I can be a support on your journey, just let me know.
So sorry@scarletSpring8060
