Upcoming Time Zone Changes: Important Notice!

Hello everyone,

I wanted to bring to your attention an important update regarding our time zones 😮. As some of us will transition into Summer Time (clock going forward) sadly our time difference with Eastern Standard Time (cups time) will change, please note that not everyone's time is affected by this!

If your country or city still uses Summer time it will soon shift from Winter - to -Summer time (clock going forward). This means that the time difference between our time zone and Eastern standard Time (Cups time) will also change until your time zone and/or cups time zone also shifts into Summer time (clock going forward).

Additionally I do have some good news, Eastern Standard Time (Cups time) will switch to Summer time (clock going forward) on March 9th. Which means that when your time zone shifts to Summer time that the time difference will be the same as it was before the change❤️. If you are in a country that does not use/shift (to) summer time (clock going forward), the time difference between your local time and Cups time will change on this date, even though your local time stays the same.

Please take these changes into account when scheduling any events / meetings / session or when you want to attend a session.
- feel free to check out this time converter with your time zone and cups's here: https://rarelycharlie.github.io/7cupstime
- 7 Cups time zone equals to the time zone of New York.

If you have any questions or need further information, don’t hesitate to ask here or to send me a pm!

Thanks for your attention to read this!

Kind regards,
Lena
