What to do?
I never know how to stay calm when panic sets in during a moment where I have no other choice but to confront a anxious situation head on.

@Tinywhisper11 I wish someone could sit with me when I'm anxious, I have a really hard time relaxing or sleeping when I'm like this. Thank you for being kind.
I try to either journal down my feelings or write 1,2,3,4....and so on. It helps but not always. Take care❤️❤️

I understand that. For me it is hard to talk to people when I'm starting to panic I kinda just shut down and don't talk and just sit there.
