What was the best years of your life so far??
Xmas is here, and with it comes with memories wether their bad or good, memories always seem more prominent this time of year. So tell me what was the best years of your life? What was your happiest time your greatest moments and memories?? Let's reminisce together ❤
Nothing, I feel lost in my thoughts, and I don't know what to do it's really sad, honestly. I wish I could describe it, but it's so hard 😔
I want my confidence and happiness back but its like something has took it out of me I don't feel myself anymore I'm falling apart and I feel like no one cares or want to listen to me and not in a relationship sort of way but I feel heartbroken

I guess the best year of my life so far was 1993. Then I moved out of my family house, finished my group therapy, started a new school, and finally had some of my private space. Soon I became a fully independent person.
The worst was 2020, marked with some very serious loses on both personal and professional level.
And 2022, when I loved and lost 😢... just like in the words attributed to Oscar Wilde...
But yes, I also loved mid-1980s: discovering the world, finding my lifelong hobbies, going to the vintage cinema to watch "Star Wars" or "Riders of the Lost Ark", lots of fabulous music everywhere, and the first lessons of English I was giving to myself 😊
2024 also looks not bad so far 😉
@jacek73 sounds like you've had a mixture of ups and downs through your life. Moving out, and starting your own life that must of been a really exciting time 😁 I hope when you think back, you've had more good than bad times ❤❤ merry Christmas sweetie ❤ hugs you tightly ❤

Yes, indeed 😊 Back in the another dimension I saw two queues. One was signed "living happily, but silly", while another "interesting lives with ups and downs". I had been tempted to take place in the second one 😂

Okay but fr XD i don't have a favourite year every year has it's spical days and spiscals memories even if it totally sucked that could be it's spical trait ❤️🩹 but favourite moments of this year is preparing for graduation and and braking so many school rules 😝😂

My mind immediately went to 2018 for several reasons:
- First time in Florida for a vacation with my partner & his family
- Celebrated our first anniversary (this year marks SEVEN years!)
- Flew on a plane for the very first time to study abroad in South Korea
- Had an amazing semester at college
- Gained leadership experience as a Resident Assistant, and as a member of my fraternity and sorority
- Didn't get sick enough to go to the hospital
I had such a positive outlook on life and I felt unstoppable. Life of course doesn't always go according to plan but I'm making the most of it :)

@Tinywhisper11 I’d say anytime before the 2000s, before I was born, but my favourite year? Gotta be 2020 – I know, bit of a weird pick, right? I even got COVID that year and honestly thought I was a goner. But it wasn’t all bad. A lot of good stuff happened too. I got my first internship and even wrote my first news report for a pretty well-known agency. I’m not a journalist, but writing’s always been a hobby – maybe even a dream? And that dream came true. I also got involved in a vaccination drive, helping people in quarantine and all the community stuff.
But the best part? I had a baby brother. Yup, my parents made a baby during quarantine. We were all a bit skeptical at first, but honestly, he’s been such a joy. We’ve got this age gap between us, but he’s totally cool with it. I’m his favourite sibling, and he makes sure everyone knows it. But then there are moments like when he found out that dinosaurs all died out ages ago, and asked me if I’ve ever seen a live one. Then other times, he’ll be like, "Grab that Megatron, you’re gonna fight my Optimus Prime." So yeah… joy!
@azurePond awww hearing about your little brother made me feel happy🙂 did you tell him about adventures you had with a pet dinosaur😂😂😂 kids are sooo funny ❤ covid and quarantine devastated so many people, but for many it was much needed and good times ❤ my life started in 2019 my life started, and with every year for better and better ❤ gives you a giant tiny hug ❤❤ thanks for sharing all this ❤
@Tinywhisper11 I was gonna say I had a pet dinosaur, but my friend beat me to it and said, "Yeah, she used to ride a dinosaur to kindergarten." Then for the whole next week, he was arguing with my dad about going to school on an emu. My friend has a lot of animals even a pair of emus, it's like a zoo at his place, and he says birds are the closest thing to dinosaurs, so emus are basically raptors. Made it all even worse! But the dino talk died down once my brother got a Transformers plane that "shape-shifts." He’s always onto something new. I can't even complain 'cause my dad says I was worse. Anyway, thanks for the reminder – we all have our good years. Even though, as humans we tend to dwell on the bad things - may be it is a survival thing. Anyway, Which one's your favourite year?
@azurePond your little brother sounds fun 😁 and you sound like a greatt big sister ❤ for me 2019 was the year I was rescued from captivity. I've had to learn everything from then, I didn't know what a bird was or there was music and internet. So with each passing year since 2019 have been amazing and mindblowing years for me🙂 I'm very lucky ❤

Best years of my life so far??? Well any of the years that have gone all could have been better but out of all of them I’d have to honestly say last year if I really had to settle on one. Why?
1. Met lots of great people on here.
2. Finally stood up to people who were unfair to me despite not having any good reason to.
3. Despite not always being happy last year, 2024 was still the happiest I’ve ever been in my life so far whenever I was happy.
