Wondering
Is it just me or does anyone else feel better after a panic attack? Like is that a thing, you have no more adrenaline so you feel better then? On a happy note I've been feeding dandelions to my pet mouse lately and she eats them lol.

To be honest, I get panic attacks occasionally but never noticed, that I'm aware of.

@jesusredeemedme2425 I used to own pet rats too, but I had to change to mice because i became allergic. I feel like rats are the perfect pet. As for the panic thing I noticed I'll feel oddly much better usually after one, though terrible before one strikes.

@genericbeing I'm sorry that you have been having panic attacks, sending you love and hugs, it must be the release and relief of the stress leaving your body. I hate mice 😁 so will leave the dandelion feeding to you 😁🥰
