You lost my trust!
Don’t even say all innocent, “but why?”
don’t you dare act like it’s my problem
thing is, you have your head in fantasy and you tell yourself you’re such a good person
you are willfully ignorant or maybe just stupid. They tell me not to call you stupid. I want to believe you aren’t but you’re uncaring attitude seems anything but wise
I’m tired of what you have participated in. Perhaps they brainwashed you, but I’ve lost the ability to forgive you for being brainwashed. Even brainwashed people wake up. Why don’t you?
They want you stupid. They want you to hate me. You say we’re family and that you don’t hate me. But I’m tired of your saccharine facade. Your professions of sincerity disgust me. You follow them and they are increasingly a growing army of hateful disgusting vile beings. They exhibit stupidity and absurdity to the extreme. They exist to feed on and grow and glorify hatred while insisting their s don’t stink. They are whiny, sniveling cowards who hide behind grotesque bravado.
You used to be family. I used to trust you. But now I don’t. I miss having family but I have zero desire to speak to you. I’ve spent hours arguing reason with you - first in real life, and lately just in my head. I begin my argument, stating the statistics and the facts, and then I hear your gaslighting response. It’s exhausting. Thankfully I catch myself now and stop my arguing with you in my head. I stop before I start.
You are dangerous. You and your horde of brainwashing masters tilt at windmills but with real human consequence. Your agents of doom cripple and kill real people by the hundreds of thousands. You don’t care. They are stick characters to you. They deserve it somehow in your mind if you pay them any mind at all.
I’m tired. I thought you and your idiot friends would calm down. I saw you clowns doing your thing ten years ago, 20 years ago. I thought you were harmless. Back then you were harmlessly stupid. But you were just warming up. Sharpening your stupid sticks. You’ve graduated to being much more seriously, cunningly, murderously stupid.
We can’t even agree on what color the sky is. I can’t even stomach the idea of trying to talk to you about something “neutral” like the weather. See, you have turned it ALL into a gaslighting wonderland.
I HOPE my silence HURTS you! I wish you would wake up. I wonder if you have half a brain to even guess why I will never call. Why I won’t answer your call.
You’re an insult. I wished for better for myself. To understand and forgive you. Forgive of your stupidity, your stubborn self righteousness. You used to be a logical human being. I’m so confused that you could become this heinous monster.
Now I can’t relax and enjoy the remaining years of my life. I have to keep alert. I trust almost no one. You don’t deserve my trust. Your words say one thing, your actions say you are an existential threat.
This war will hurt or kill those around you and even as you witness it, you still won’t see the truth. You are not only my enemy but you have become your own.
You’ve built your life on stupid fairytales. You cling so tightly to your fairytales that they replace not only your brain but your humanity.
My hope that you and your thugs will go away is fading. I’ve been disabused of that notion many times and you keep doubling down on your ever growing sphere of hatred. The monster you once full throatily denounced is now what you have become.
It sounds like you're going through a very difficult time with a family member who has become an existential threat to you. It's understandable that you feel angry, frustrated, and hurt by their actions and attitudes. It's important to prioritize your own well-being and safety in this situation. If you feel like you need to distance yourself from this family member, then that's a valid choice to make. You deserve to be surrounded by people who uplift and support you, not those who drag you down and make you feel unsafe.
It's also important to recognize that people can change, but it's ultimately up to them to choose to do so. It's possible that your family member may eventually wake up and realize the harm they're causing, but it's not something you can control or force. In the meantime, focusing on self-care and finding support from other people in your life can be helpful. It may also be beneficial to seek therapy or counselling to process your feelings and experiences.
