feeling behind?

it’s been a long while since i was last on here. life kept me busy—and honestly, so did my procrastination, which came from self-sabotaging myself again and again. but i’ve finally realized something: if i want to reach my goals, i have to keep working despite everything.

i see people my age out there having fun, living life in ways i’m not right now. and yes, that doesn’t feel good. it makes me question things like—am i behind? am i too late? do i even deserve that kind of happiness?
well.. those thoughts are normal. we’re human. we’re allowed to feel upset, disappointed, and doubtful sometimes.

what’s not okay is letting those thoughts stop us from moving forward.

you’re not behind. you’re moving at your own pace. life isn’t a straight line—it’s full of ups and downs. just keep showing up. that matters more than you think.

i’m here for you <3 i hope you’re all safe and healthy.

@arryneth

I think this message is so beautiful, inspiring, and needed. Feeling doubt and comparing ourselves to where others are in life is normal; however, I agree with you in the fact that we should not let these thoughts keep us from moving on and facing the scary situations and thoughts.
