multiple emotional directions

I don't know what category or group I should post this under.

It seems that when I get tired, I suffer emotional lows.  I feel bad about myself.  Really bad about myself.  Even hopeless, and confused.  I have trouble making decisions.  I mean I almost literally fall apart mentally.  The problem is, no matter how much sleep I try to get, on Friday this is how I usually feel.  I even have thoughts of walking away from my faith in Jesus, and yet this faith, plays a big role in keeping me from splitting off into multiple emotional directions.  Right now I'm even having trouble writing this.  I'm laying down right now.  💤  I think I get this way because of my OCD, and ADHD.

@littleDrum1586  It is always nice to know what you are not alone!  I wish I could have fellowship with another believer in real life who struggles with the same things.  I have heard that even Christians are often dishonest when it comes to admitting their struggles.  So often times, they want everyone to believe that they are happy all the time because they got Jesus.

@tryingtosurvive2024 yesss idk why people do this we all know people struggle and people have issues it's just a part of life so if someone confides in you Christians shouldn't act all better than thee when we know we aren't I hope you're doing better now and I wish I had advice but unfortunately I don't but I'm always here if you want to talk to someone about it!
