Cannot forgive myself for letting her go
I had the love of my life and I forced her away because I was scared and had zero self confidence and didn't open up to her and just was distant with her picking up faults that weren't there! I should of just accepted she liked me for me but I gradually forced her to leave and I didn't do anything about it! Now I cannot get over her and I just don't know what to do?! I had the love of my life and I let her go 😭😭 I just cannot move on it's killing me!! Please someone help me!
Is re-connecting with her an option? Sounds like you identified the problem and addressed it. Maybe she misses you also. Might be worth a try

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling those regrets. Life takes us in strange directions, usually not the ones we want it to. If she isn't open to reconnecting right now maybe you can learn from what went wrong and work to keep those mistakes from threatening your future.
She may want to see you again in the future, but there's no way to know that for sure.
Hopefully you can keep her and the lessons learned in your heart and carry on with your life, and be open to whatever the f uture might hold.
