Financial Stress and Isolation

Hello everyone 👋 Does anyone have any advice on handling extreme financial stress and isolation? I (like a lot of people right now) am drowning in debt, and completely isolated because it costs so much money to go anywhere these days. I deeply regret not learning the art of joining online communities in my youth, as during the day I can at least text my friends and escape the echo chamber of anxiety I spend my days in, but during the night it is silent, and I live alone. My job is extremely isolated as well. Usually remote, sometimes in an office with one other person. I am also chronically ill, so I often have to isolate due to that as well. Does anyone have any advice on managing these emotions while fighting isolation?
