I was with my friend and I’m not supposed to drive her but I drove her because I had needed to talk to someone, and my dad tracked the car and watched us drive around - I’m not sure what to do

Truth I believe is always the best solution. Just say the truth about how you felt a need to be with a friend. And yes you could have asked but you weren't thinking straight and realise your error. You would make efforts things don't happen same way again.

like seriously not allowed to and he was tracking the car as I went, I think he just likes the power trip and bringing it up to demean me
