No one's gonna pay attention to this, but I'm going crazy.
This is the fourth forum I've sent and I had two that didn't get much attention. I swear to god, I cannot deal with my complicated emotions. It is so difficult and I get upset over many little things. My mom doesn't comfort me with her words and whatnot. She tells me that I'm whining and gives me unhelpful advice. It's so hard to be in Summer Break and deal with all these painful emotions that being a HSP AND a teenager gives YOU! I can't deal with them on my own, I can't. My head feels like scribbles and a bunch of fuzz. I'd talk to my dad and brother, but it feels wrong to talk about my mom. I don't know what to do... I feel like yelling, screeching, laughing crazily, it is so stressful. My mom tells me that there's nothing to worry about and tries to dismiss my emotions. I hate when she does that. I hate it so much. I am filled with a lot of anger and stress. It gives me thoughts that make me HATE myself more. I'm immature and angsty, I'm rude and I'm grumpy. I hate myself more because my own self and my mom's words. Maybe I AM being too dramatic about this, but I DON'T KNOW ANYMORE. I really just want some advice to freaking handle these emotions once and for all. Handle my boredom, anger, anxiety, sadness, fear, ALL OF THAT. I can't think of solutions for myself and I don't know how to rely on myself FULLY to handle them. I don't know how to handle my emotions in a healthy and safe way. It's so stressful. I really want to thank you so much if you read all of this, because... I just need to find some meaning and assistance for these uncontrollable emotions.
@Megalomentaurus Hey, sorry to hear you are struggling. It’s hard when people hear but don’t LISTEN to us. It’s exhausting trying to get them to understand when they just say it’s not a big deal or look on the bright side or whatever. Maybe a listener here can help you out. I see you posted about 3 hours ago, and I’ll send you a message in a bit if you’re still online. One way of dealing with feelings is notice that there are times when they change for the better, times when they get worse, but they always change. They come in like the weather. There is a way to kind of regard them as something that is “not us” but something we are experiencing. It takes awhile to learn to deal with feelings like this. Sometimes we need to distract ourselves from our emotions because we just need a break before returning to se our emotions. If you can learn some mindfulness meditation practices it can help..

Hi, I'm Violet ♡
I'm sorry to hear that you're having such a hard time - especially during summer break, when things are meant to be more carefree. It sounds like you're experiencing a wide range of emotions without much support. ): I can see how that would be frustrating or tiring when your mom isn't seeming to understand, and not taking things as seriously as she could. It's definitely understandable to feel like things are spinning out, or like you want to laugh, cry, be angry. However, it's a great step to be reaching out! I'm really glad you're here on 7 cups, and I hope that you can find some solace here. My PM's are open if you ever need to talk ♡
