Tired of my physical being
I am so uncomfortable in my own skin... sometimes I just want to get out of it. I don't have anything major, I know there are people with worse conditions in life, but I get so mad just thinking that illnesses and discomfort are part of the life plan... I just hate it. Why couldn't life be without all these physical shenanigans, after all there is already enough to deal with emotionaly.
P.S: I just have a polysistic ovarian syndrome, hirsuitism, seborhea dermatitis, and and am overweight... why in the world my body is rebelling against me? I see people treat theirs worse everyday without reprucussions, and me I am just struggling trying to make the best decisions in an over-informed world with 1000 of different ways to "get better".

Ughh, hey, @Eillice
I know how hard it can get to deal with these kind of syndromes. It can get really annoying because it really gives you the sensation that you want out and aren't essentially what your body seems to unravel. Our bodies are often rebelling because we haven't emotionally managed something as we should have.. but the negative emotions that come with it, anger, stress only make it worse, especially as it's a hormonally dependent issue :) I'm sure you're body loves you..
Good luck and take great care of yourself, it will get better (hugs)
@cloudTraveler Thank you so much for your input, I absolutely agree with that. In fact I am a big believer in psychosomatic, thus I often try hard to be at my best emotionally. I am just surprised my body chose to rebel now of all times when I feel like I am doing everything right, it sort of sends me the wrong message. I used to be very laid back about health and ironically weighed 160 pounds (healthy amount for my height) and didn't really have any issues, but people told me that I should watch my health and I decided maybe I should really do that.... the moment I started doing that, is when all went wrong.
All started with me going on the contraceptif pill, because that was the responsible thing to do and then all went downhill. Anyway sorry if I bombarded you
, I really really appreciate it that you replied. I rarely share my problems, thus it feels great feeling heard and understood. Makes it feel like it isn't so bad what I am going through.
I am sorry that you feel this e
Way.
