Don't Want to Lose It

One of my biggest fears in grappling with my Major Depression and Generalized Anxiety is the fear that one day the medication just won't work anymore. That everything I worked so hard for will be for naught and I'll end up on disability. That all my schooling, that which I've done and that which I've yet to do, will mean nothing because I'll be stuck as a sobbing lump on a couch unable to be a functional being because I got the short end of genetic roulette.

My next steps are trying to eta better and get more exercise, I wanna get back to a gym so I can do year-round cardio and hopefully drop weight too. It's difficult trying to find the motivation to care about myself and stay consistent.

I just don't want to lose everything I"ve worked so hard for..

Stay strong and take each day slowly. Focus on all the things you have to do each day, even if they seem mundane, it will keep you healthy and feeling better. When you wake up, brush your teeth, eat something for breakfast even if you aren't hungry, take a shower, and get dressed. Then think about the one thing you want to achieve that day and do it.
