How has living with a mental health condition affected your life?
5 years of my life wasted sleeping, and just living at home, doing nothing productive, nothing that would make me a better person. But hopefully, I get better and pursue a better future now that I've finally reached out to a professional.
It's made me fearful and missed out on many opportunities in life.. Some I'm afraid, there aren't no do-overs.

Anxiety has greatly impacted my life. Growing up, I shyed away from various social situations. School was tough for me, as I hated talking and participating in class, as well as doing presentations. Every day I worried about doing or saying something that would make me the center of attention. I never asked questions in class, even if I didn't understand something. My anxiety held me back in a lot of ways, from utilizing resources, making friends, and standing up for myself. I constantly worried about the thoughts and opinions of others.
