@lovelyllama13 I sent the NAMI HelpLine through a PM to someone who was thinking about finding resources, but did not know how.
I talked with someone on a post about the resources the NAMI Community can provide, particularly our support groups and classes that can be really helpful for living with mental illness!
In many PMs I have told 7cups users about the Nami HelpLine and how calling the HelpLine is a great way to get their mental health questions answered!

I talked about NAMI in school reports I did on mental health then shared some of the resources to my teacher to give students
