Slight madness/slight depression/voices
Hi I am a teenager and I get these thaughts in my mind that don't seem my own. I also hear voices but these dont come often and I think I might be able to control these a little bit. I'm not that popular at school because I try to be myself ( I still haven't figured what or who that actually is yet ) and I'm a little bit random, hence people feel awkward around me. I end up thinking the most random thoughts at times that they're not needed or wanted and being lonely often leads me to shut other people out more often than letting them in. My parents don't understand and my dad's going through stress and he yells/argues a lot. I also talk to myself and people say I'm crazy and I'm actually thinking I am. I don't know if this is normal for someone like me because no-one talks to me and therefore I don't have many friends. What should I do/what tecniques does anyone else like me have that will help?

I would encourage you to reach out to a counsellor to discuss this in greater detail, you could just be under a lot of stress with a family home like that, but either way it could help you understand what is going on.
Best of luck :)
