Strength in Ink Marathon 📜🪶✒️
Hello everybody 👋
This thread is about a very special marathon dedicated for a very special time 🤍
- Everyone writes a "Letter of Strength" to their future self ,to a woman who needs encouragement right now or a thanking note for a woman with huge impact on you(your mother, your teacher,,,).
- Stop by and drop one "tiny" victory you achieved recently.
- A negative thought you’ve successfully "re-written" into a compassionate one for example: not having enough time helped me figure out which tasks are the most important and also manage my precious time.
- No pressure to share; just a space to be✨.
- After you write the letter you can choose to share it or simply share the moral "the golden rule" you learnt from it.
- Highlight your feelings and celebrate everyone else's !
==>Starting from 8th of March the Women's International Day until March 20th the International Day of Happiness the MARATHON continues to welcome participants.
On March 20th I will host a session to celebrate all of the golden rules we collected.

You are beautiful.
You matter.
Your voice matters.
How you chose to live your life matters
Whether you are single or married, a mother, or have no children, a young woman, an older woman, a career woman, you matter.
You are strong, graceful and capable and you should be cherished, celebrated and loved.
