Stress management
@PeaceDude Hi there. Not that I do this, but it has been recommended to me that some sort of exercise is usually good for chronic stress. What I normally engage with is reading books and material that I particularly enjoy as an escape, which is liberating as well. Hydrating and practicing self-care (whatever that may look like for you) is also a good start. I normally drink green tea matcha with about 750ml of water and another full bottle of water following. Brushing your teeth and taking showers, cleaning your home environment or room, just to find a space that is yours to release and think about the things that you need to cope with.
Squared breathing is also good, you can google or you.tube some of those exercises. My mom really enjoys guided meditations which you can also find on you.tube as well. If you do not have someone to talk to about your stress, coming to 7cups is a great step! If you feel like you need additional help outside of 7cups, you should seek therapy or counseling to help you, but otherwise, you're doing great!
Feel free to reach out to me if you need,
