Tired of me.
i hate the way my mind works. i hate that i can’t control how fast i spiral, or how one small thing can ruin my whole day. i hate how i talk to myself — like i’m both the bully and the victim inside my own head.
i do try, i really do. i try to stay calm, to be better, to pull myself out of it — but it always slips away. it’s like every time i start to feel okay, something in me snaps and i crash all over again.
i want to feel better. i want to stop hating myself just for existing. i just don’t know how to hold onto the little progress i make before it disappears.

It sounds exhausting.
I can see you've been trying and it feels endless.
It's important to continue to progress, small movements forward is still progress.
You deserve to be happy.
One day at a time, it's important to tell yourself, you are worthy and a good person 💜💕

I find myself relating to this a lot as I'm reading it. The smallest inconvenience and "Whoops. There goes my smile."
Whenever that happens, I think it's important to ask yourself, "What was making me smile before this happened?" Anger and frustration can come out so fast we are unable to control it. Believe me, I'm going through the same thing right now.
But if you take just a few seconds to find a quiet place where you feel comfortable, maybe your room? Then just take a deep breath and think, "What was I doing before this? What triggered this reaction for me?"
Reflect! Your reflection will always smile back as long as you do :)
