Hey there @NutellaPrince! *hugs* (if you want and/or need it)

This is actually a difficult - but very good (imo) - question, and I think maybe could be even two questions, because appreciating yourself and appreciatiing others can be two totally different thing on work on, depending on the person, at least. Anyway, I will try to add my two cents and hopefully I can help a bit.

So, first of all, appreciating yourself can be hard, especially if you are not used to do so, so the first step you would try should be small ones - no matter how small, it's up to you. You can even write a list, break down everything to small things, and as you see yourself completing them, just congratulate yourself, like you have done them. I mean, even daily tasks can be an achievment worth of appreciation on there own, you do not have to do anything huge or amazing and then you can built things up from there, one step at a time. :)

Appreciating others, well, that can be difficult as well for a wide variety of reasons, but actually, the thing is, just saying a small compliment, something like "great idea", or just saying thank you can go a long way, a way you can never know, and it is kind of a low effort one, but again of course you can take your time and find the small things you feel comfortable with to start, and then build up again. Generally tho, I think the same thing is true here as well, you don't have to do any grandiose gestures or anything to show it to others, and you do not have to find something like everyday, just every so often, because most people will really appreciate the occasional small compliments as well.

I hope I could help at least a bit. I - for one - am glad that you are here, and I do appreciate you, and really hope that you can find the best way to do so yourself. :)

@NutellaPrince

Do not associate the ugly things people make with you.
