I read alot of everything, psychological thrillers to self help to teen stories to true life experiences. I find I gravitate to Don Miguel Ruiz books/ self help.

I really enjoyed Chanel Millers " Know my Name" true memoir. And "Girl Taken" by Elena Nikitina another true life survival memoir.

I read all of Anne Rice Vampire Chronicles. Also fiction books based on historical characters and events such as the Titanic, Viking era, etc.

I listen to a lot of books via Audible. The last couple that stood out to me were "Peaks and Valleys: Making Good and Bad Times Work for You - At Work And in Life" and "Who Moved My Cheese" - both by Spencer Johnson. Dealing with change and emotional peaks and valleys is pretty applicable to me currently so I truly appreciated the insight these books provided.
