Boyfriend sleeps too long

is it bad that I'm upset about my boyfriend sleeping so long. I'm the type of person who needa a lot of attention and on top of that I overthink. I don't want to get mad at him but it's js upsetting to me for some reason
he usually sleeps until 3pm which was fine to me because I usually wake up before that or around the same time. but he stays up later and later and now he sleeps until 6pm to 7pm. we barely talk on the phone so I at least want us to text. so am I wrong? I think I am
