I was worrying and worrying about how to tell my mom about something, and I finally told her and it really helped!

I learned to laugh at myself today. My friend and I laughed at our mental illnesses together. And I told myself I was beautiful. Turns out today was a good day.

I made a new friend today and came closer with an old friend. I also learned how to make something new today :)

I am proud of myself, because all I do is try my best and sometimes it's not the best in others eyes. Trying over and over is such a hard thing sometime.
