I am proud of myself because...

I've been going through a lot of stress at work, lots of people have been telling me to quit if I'm not happy, but that's not really an option. I'm proud of myself because I'm addressing problems at work that have been overwhelming in the past and I'm not giving up. The time might come for me to move to a different job, but now is not the time, and in the mean time I'm trying to do the best I can with the situation I've got.
