Proud of myself.. [Trigger warning]

I'm proud of myself for not self-harming. I stayed up hours later than usual on a school night because my markers were very near some things I have that I could use to hurt myself. I usually use markers to draw on myself instead of doing something stupid. But since I couldn't trust myself to go near my desk, I texted my girlfriend and very thankfully she helped me and I didn't do anything I would regret.

That's great! Not self harming is super difficult and something that I'm working on as well. I'm glad you got through the night, and I hope that you can continue to do so.
