Happy Hack Hour
So I'm not sure how happy this post will be nor if it will be an hour but I went for those cheap alliteration endorphins over clarity let it go and let's dive in and share our favourite ways we get ourselves to do things we "don' wanna" for our own good and support and practice them together.
Okay, I'll get the ball rolling with a list and y'all add on whatever else and we'll see how we do this month...I mean, it's called 'March' so we might as well represent and get disciplined and moving. Here we go - check these bad boys out...

- Play music, listen to music, everything music
- Explore and nurture your hobbies and interests
- Explore the place you live
- Learn more about health, wealth and happiness because use it or lose it
- Tying a new habit to an existing one
- Sandwiching a *** chore or task between two fun things
