I think it should be a word. Perhaps you can introduce it into common vernacular:
Approactive adjective \ ə-ˈprō-ˌak-tiv \ (informal, neologism)
Describing the especial mindset or behaviour that combines thoughtful intention with a proactive approach to enhancing the subject being contemplated. Characterised by selfless compassion and an indefatigable belief in the goodness of others, and the skill in drawing forth this from others.
Example "BlueDarkAurora, moved by the quiet grace of GentleHealingIniative's approactive ways, began to walk an even gentler path - reaching out to others before silence grew too loud, and offering warmth and solace before it was asked for.
