I'm at work doing my 7cups, so I can see the framed photo of my boyfriend and his cat. I can see the fake plants I have on my desk, and the coaster my coworker gifted to me. It's a pretty granite stone with a bison on it!
I can touch my keyboard, and a fun pencil case I have. It's a yellow backing with a clear front pocket that's filled with liquid and glitter and cute little stickers. It holds all the pens I use for my personal agenda, which is what I was working on. It helps me keep my life in order, and I'm doing very good this week because I've checked in every single day!
The last thing I ate was a bagel with cream cheese-- my job provides them for the crew on Fridays (something I love about working here)!
I can hear my sister-in-law (who is also my coworker) talking to our design coordinator, Brooke. I can hear my other coworkers talking to one another. I hear laughter from the other wing of the office. I can hear the door opening, and our editor Mark walking by my cubicle.

Your format is way better than mine and easier to follow ahah! I think I have seen that kind of pencil case before! It's super fun to play with. It sounds like you like where you work more than you would dislike it. That atmosphere sounds so friendly and cozy, and I'm glad that's the case (:
