Here, I'm grateful for the people who write daily check-ins, grateful for the time to reflect, and grateful to get support whether it's from a 1-on-1 chat, an upvote, or a reply. I've been spiraling lately and every kind message has helped me pause, catch my breath, and examine what's going on
In real life - though I'd say what happens here on 7cups impacts my "real" life... I'm grateful for time to slow down, that I seem be to coming out of a depressive episode, no rain today, and grateful that my cats are sitting by my door to greet me when I've been in my room for hours. Makes me feel wanted
