How are you doing today ?

Pretty good. Excited that I'm almost done with finals. Only about 12 pages left to write for my last paper left and I can probably finish it by tomorrow night, a full day before it's due, if I really put my mind to it. Found a couple new podcasts that my friends recommended to me and I'm really enjoying them so far.

What do you understand by the term "Kindness" ? What's the kindest thing you could recall you did or will do ?

Kindness to me is the Golden Rule: "Do to others as you would have them do to you" as featured in Luke 6:31 (quoted from the NIV). Treating people as you would want to be treated is the best thing that we can do. The kindest thing that I can recall myself doing is turning aside from my class to help someone. I saw someone crash on their bike on my way to class, and crash hard. I was already running late, literally sprinting across campus to get to class, but I stopped and helped them get back to their dorm. Missed class that day, but it also made my day, and we're really close friends now. And I just think that if I hadn't been running late, I wouldn't have been able to help them out or gained a friend. God works in mysterious ways sometimes.

I am not doing bad. A bit tough and rough sometimes. Thanks for asking.

Kindness is doing something for someone you feel you want to do for them. In my opinion.

I waited for someone even if they asked me to leave.

@SuryanshSingh

I am doing well, and I'm looking forward to Cupsgiving and having a break from school!

Morally speaking, kindess is a selfless act to help or positively effect others. The first memory I have of being kind to someone is when I was 3 and I was at an Easter egg hunt. This one other boy didn't have any eggs so I gave him one of mine to keep haha!

@SuryanshSingh

Hi, Singh (❁´◡`❁)

It's 08.43 am on Saturday, and I'm feeling relaxed and in a good mood; thanks for asking!

How about you, Singh, how are you feeling today?

I understand kindness as the most beautiful language human even creature can speak in this world we're living in. As a language, sometimes kindness can also be misunderstood, but I believe it never goes to waste. Kindness also never goes out of style/fashion. Kindness never goes unrewarded (if that person or creature cannot pay you back, someone will, and God will always pay you back as God never owes us).

Last night at Cupsgiving discussion I gave 2 examples of kindness that I have done in the near past, but then I felt off after doing it. In the Bible's Young's Literal Translation, Matthew 6:3, it is written, 'But thou, doing kindness, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doth."

I think the most important thing is to encourage one another to do act of kindness, no matter how random or small it is. And to give that kindness not just to the one who we think deserve it, but also to those who we might think not deserve it.

"Treat everyone with politeness and kindness, not because they are nice, but because you are." -Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart.

Hi all.

I'm doing pretty well today.

I feel that kindness is doing and saying the right thing and trying your best to be good to everyone.
