Individual effort leads to a combined effort, it's not pointless. It's never too late. Nor is it ever inconsequential. The difference you make is substantial, it may not be in the way you hoped for but it is something to someone.

Coming off a new year, I think this quote is great to hear for everyone! Every year a lot of us fail our new years resolutions and feel discouraged. Or perhaps fail in other situations! But this quote reminds us that we don't need special days like New Years or such days to wait to try again. Every day and second is a gift and an opportunity to start something new! What it requires is your will and commitment to carry it through!
