This is a challenge for all of you, old and new, to post a few things that you like about yourself!! For example, I like my eyes and my hair. I also think I am very funny and helpful! YOUR TURN 
I really like my courage. When everyone gave up on me, I proved them wrong. Sure, I do break down sometimes but I'm working on it. I'm determined to get better.
I like that I am willing to understand others instead of making assumptions and judging them.
What I like about myself... Well I'm smart I take college courses in my free time, I am compassionate I always lend a heldping hand without judging, and I am strong I have been through things no person should ever experience but i made it.
I am understanding, loyal, strong, compassionate, and lovable 
I do things thoroughly and I have a strong sense of justice

I love the fact that I'm always proud of me and what I do and I don't need others approvals to gain confidence.
Im proud that even though I struggle, I never give up and I just keep moving forward.
I can make people laugh. Every time my therapist laughes at something I've said she says something like "sorry, I'm not laughing at you, you just phrased that well" like she didn't realize I was joking. Somehow I like that.
I am very loyal
I love how hard of a worker i am if i need to get something done i will do everything even if it means get no sleep to get it done!
