Social learning theory is a concept that points out that human beings learn behavior and actions by watching others. This starts very early in childhood and continues through adulthood. Some individuals do this by mimicking others. Other individuals just get ideas and incorporate those ideas into their own lives. As we go through our individual journeys of life, we are constantly learning and growing. Social learning is very different than school, coursework or even academics. All of these elements can be combined with one another. What are some ways that we could combine self-development and self-growth by incorporating both academic and social learning into our everyday lives?

I personally like to be around professional people that are more successful than I and that have more knowledge and different perspectives. I like to watch how they do their work and learn from them and then incorporate it into my daily life. I don't ever want to be like anyone else. I like my uniqueness. Uniqueness is great for individual growth and entrepreneurship.
