Life is Good because of... (complete)
There is nothing more beautiful than nature in the early morning.
I got the job offer today!
The wait has been very stressful. I feel like my confidence is somewhat restored, but I learned I really need to squash the negative inner voice. Hard.
Life isn't good. There will always be someone who tries to push you down. Something will always go wrong. Every second we get to live someone somewhere is dying. Life sucks but we have to get through it and try to find some glimmer of hope. Even if it's smaller than a pebble at Least it's there
@WeirdPsychopath
I like your level headed honesty.
@wittyNest2941 thanks.
There is beauty in the world if you search.
That beauty makes life worth living.
I live in a great city (Chicago, although it does have its problems, too) with a means for me to get around independently (I can't drive due to eyesight problems), have a stable job (although crazy busy, too), live in a nice condo, have a best friend, go to church regularly, and contribute to a good cause by co-organizing a social anxiety support group here in the city. ![]()

Life is good because I can watch and create movies that matter to people.
Life isn't the best if I'm being honest. I've had two friends of mine commit suicide within this year. There's always going to be something nagging at me internally, it could be my looks, my personality, my sanity, anything about me. I always will have a thought of if I was the one who caused this, this overwelming guilt. These thoughts surround me like a hurricane.
So that's how my life's going, it's not the best. But I'm dealing with it.
@CheeseCreature
I'm so sorry to hear that your life isn't doing so great at the moment! I know the pain you're going through; I've gone through it myself a couple times. You aren't alone in this. *gives hugs (if you want them)*
People are nice and when they're passionate about things, they make certain topics better for others.
there are so many wonderful people we have yet to meet
Have food to eat, parent to take care of, shelter, and a cat to pet.
I thought about it for a while and if my life is a film, I don't want it to be a slow and boring documentary... so I embrace the challenges and twists my movie story brings about. It sure keeps me on the edge of my seat with its rollercoaster ups and downs.
