Hi! I love this quote! I think everyone has some sort of regret at some point in their lives and this is completely okay. We wouldn't be human without regrets.

After talking to numerous people in my life in their 80s, I've come to the conclusion that it's pretty much impossible to go through this life without regrets. I feel that there's just certain things that go along with the human condition that are pretty much inescapable. And regrets? I believe they're the sum combination our life experiences and some things that we had to learn the hard way.

and to me it just means stay song and positive and true to your heart and not to let the negativity of other people get in your way
