I believe True Happiness comes from inside us .

I believe there are lots of sources of happiness. It can come from within, but I think also someone else can be the reason for your happiness (e.g. you feel happy because you have a loving spouse, children).
I am still on the journey of recovery, but something that is making me happy is that I and my family are healthy, I am getting closer to my reaching my goals, and generally, I have many things to be grateful for.

I think theres a lot of things that makes me happy actually. Perhaps happiness is just the collective of all these things and unique to every individual.
