Any tips to stay out of deep depression?

5 months ago I had a miscarriage and one month ago I had to have surgery to remove a partial molar pregnancy. (It’s a mass that grows instead of a baby when a fertilization error happens) After the miscarriage I went into the deepest depression I’ve ever experienced. Now I am trying to desperately not to let that happen again, but how? My fiance is depressed too, he is amazing and supports me however he can. It’s killing me to see him in pain, but like many men he won’t talk about it. He’s the only one working, and his job is terribly strenuous. Staying home and not contributing financially is making my mental health worse, but there’s no way I could hold down a job honestly. That adds another layer to everything. My man is so supportive and understanding. I love him so much and yet I feel as through I fail him everyday.

@Epperson05  - sorry you are going through this.  If you are able, start a modest exercise program.  Exercise is a a natural antidepressant, and can give you confidence in other areas.
