Coping with loss

I've experienced a lot of loss or enough for me. I live in fear anticipating grief. The feeling is too palpable. It's lonely and scary. Sometimes I'm afraid to even leave my bedroom. It's paralyzing.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about that. I want to start off by saying, you can always personally request to chat with me so we can continue this conversation if you like....

Grief/Loss is a daily part of life. As we know, life is full of suffering. But, pain is only temporary. Things always happen where we might grief and have loss. That's just a part of daily life. Even if you be in your bedroom all day, you still can't avoid it. Life is full of happy and sad moments and it's about how you choose to react to them that counts. You can choose how you want to react and go according to that. Everyone experiences grief/loss, you can also learn a lot from it. It's inevitable that we have to go through this, but we can always have hope and lean on our friends to help us in rough times. It's about seeing a problem and looking on the positive side of it. When a problem is presented, it's important to focus on the solution to it rather than overthinking the problem. That gets us no where.

I hope this was helpful! Again, feel free to personally request if you want to talk about specific things!

Hi. Thank you for your response. I would like to request to chat with you. I'm brand new and a bit digitally illiterate, lol. The app is a bit overwhelming. So many options.
