Hello.

Have you heard the saying “Death comes in 3’s”?. Well it happened to me and I just don’t know how to cope.

April this year my little sister passed away from a brain stroke. She was 37

less than a month later, my little brother was murdered. He was 35.

Less than 2 weeks after my brothers death, my cousin murdered her own child.

I finally got the courage to come on here and share this as I mentioned already, I don’t know how to cope with it.

I have been getting angry and I’m not an angry person. Then I break down and cry.

I hope this is ok on this thread

thank you for hearing me out.

@LuCypher

I am truly sorry for the profound loss you've experienced. Grief can be an incredibly overwhelming and complex emotion, especially when faced with multiple losses in a short period. Coping with such tragic events is incredibly challenging.

It's important to allow yourself to grieve in your own way and at your own pace. Consider seeking support from a therapist or counselor who can provide guidance and coping strategies during this difficult time. Surrounding yourself with understanding and empathetic individuals, whether they're friends, family, or support groups, can also help.

Remember that your feelings of anger, sadness, and confusion are normal reactions to such painful circumstances. Be patient with yourself and prioritize self-care. If you're comfortable, discussing your emotions openly with others can help alleviate some of the emotional burden.

Please know that I'm here to listen and support you as best as I can. If you ever need someone to talk to or have questions, feel free to reach out.

Dear Lucy:

This is such a terrible series of tragedies.

I am very sorry for all you have gone through in such a brief time.

In such a short period of time, your life was turned upside down, and you were hit once and again with huge losses.

That's very sad and so unfair, it's more than any human being should have to bear.

It's completely normal for you to be experiencing anger and sadness, and even confusion, given how extreme these losses have been.

It must feel like the world has turned against you.

I’m so sorry you’ve been dealing with this, and I think it’s really brave that you’re opening up and coming here to share these experiences.

Your post is more than appropriate in this forum. Sharing our grief is what this community is all about.

You are most welcome to keep sharing your feelings and keep us updated on how you are doing.

I wish you that things make a turn for the best from now on in your life.

sI look forward to See you soon around here.

Marcelo.
