Do You Miss Your Old Self?
G'day folks! How are we?
When we think of grief, we think of the people we have lost along the way, and the grieving process that comes with that. However, we can feel grief over the loss of our past selves. Meaning, you might really miss your old self. My question for you today is: Do you miss your old self?
What steps can you take to build yourself back up?

Yes, I do miss my old self and some of the people who passed on, In my opinion I believe that when you have communication and built connections with people that are very strong you eventually have a bond weather that be with, a pet or something that means something to you or even another human being you have been around and built relationships with, even if it's here too. But when they are no longer here grief can take that turn I suppose and change one's self to start trying some new weather it be a new hobby or just something to take the mind off things, so in my opinion that's where it takes the turn but not many folks can deal or accept grief and that is also okay, just do it when you feel ready to try a new chapter in our life.
@OllieRNLI999 I used to know a guy who was just like the old me and I couldn't stand him (which even at the time I felt was unfair on the guy). Idk if most people feel this way but I see old me as an more ignorant version of my current self, just waiting to make the same mistakes. But you can't learn till you fail and old me was good at failing and when I'm older I'll probably look back at the current me and think the same.
