Everyday gets harder..
We were together off an on for 3 years. I know thats not much but I gave her the world and she wouldnt give me an inch. She cheated on me multiple times and i still took her back because I loved her and her kids so much... And they loved me... She didnt even let me say goodbye to them. She dumped me over a text and moved away with her ex. It was all lies. Was I just used the whole time? Is this what love is? Putting your heart in a noose until they kick the chair out from under you? Everyday gets harder and harder. I dream about her. Either I don't sleep, cry myself to sleep or wake up in a puddle of my own vomit because I tried to drink the pain away. She never loved me. Everything reminds me of her. My house is nothing but memories with her... Everyday I beat myself up more and more for getting involved with her. When does the denial end? I want to heal and be free. I want to be able to love again. I'm tired of being sad and broken everyday. I'm so lost. I dont know what to do.......
Sometimes people enter our lives as guests. They’re only there for a short time and not the long run. The fact that you took care of her and her children shows how sweet, giving, and loving you are. You have the qualities of a good husband and father. Tell yourself you did everything you could for her. We all know you’re kind and I will hope for you to find someone with a beautiful soul.
Love yourself again..
Be gentle with yourself..
Forgive yourself..

Thank you so much for reaching out at a time like this. You are so strong for being able to live through this experience, and stronger still for your ability to have this courage to share it with people who can help you. While I have no experience in anything like this myself, I will still give you the best advice I can from a limited perspective. Know your allies. Find your support, whether it is listeners here or support groups or your own friends and family, find them. Having your roots in people who will support you is important, so tell them all that you can. The right people can be support that will bring you through this storm you are facing, and help bring you to a better place. Know what's in your control as well. It's easy to spiral after people betray. To blame yourself, to start to give in to the maybe they were right... No. What she put you through was terrible, and you are strong for being able to get out. Know your strength in times where all you can find is your weakness. I am nothing without... I had things taken, but I can heal. I am alone and stranded... I was able to reach out to get help here, because I am resilient and persevering. I cannot give any more help than this from my own from limited experience, but I can give you some words. I may not know you, but I believe in you. I believe that you can get back up, that you can get that fullness of life back, that you can recover and heal. And I believe that you can grow and move and work through this. This won't be easy, but know that you can find help. Here or otherwise. I believe that you will grow, you will heal. And may my words be any consolation in what is most definitely a horrible place to be in, to show that there are people out here, and we want to help.
I can't say anything would make you feel better, I know, but You really must know that the way you are right now is temporary and is way better than being with her. She didn't deserve you or your love she is Narcissist and never loved you. she just want to see how people fall for her. You must get over her and continue your life. please be strong don't destroy your life, you'll be regret.
Believe me sir I am smaller than you but I know something, the god is with the person who loves everyone in there sad times also so don't be sad and try to make a new life and new memories. The god will give the punishment who cheats others and do wrong kinds.
Have good new life
I get it. Im struggling alot. I have mild depression. Doesnt feel like anybody cares. Its like im always talking to a blank wall. Or to myself. All I need is someone to listen
